The structure is hollowed out of the semi-cylindrical floors near the the Hotel lobby sounds can hear voices. Also breakfast in the restaurant very simple no varieties

Shuttle service is simply "pathetic" ... Need to improve upon this aspect only... Coz if u want to spend more time in Haram or with kids ... It's not advisable.

Definitely a very good choice to stay

Parking was absolutely fantastic. Lobbies, room, elevator were neat and clean. Washroom was extraordinary. Room size was comfortable. Very good praying area.

I booked the room for 4 adults but got a room for 2 persons with 2 extra beds placed on ends which were smaller than the other 2 standard size bed's. They could have given the quadrapule room as the hotel was minimally occupied.

Fantastic stay! I have enjoyed my time with Retaj !

*The hotel in general is nice , clean and well orgnized *The car parking is excellent *The room is quite big *The room amenities *The cleanness *The hotel location is not that far from Haram but you should always know how to pick a taxi from the Haram to the hotel ...better to go from Gaza area to pick up a car and you will be in the hotel within 5 minutes as per the GPS ! And will pay 10- 15 SR

Staff experience not really good ! Their answers are not professional ! The hotel was quite and the receptionist didn't explain anything upon check in which keeps me wondering how the guests will know about the hotel facilities ( wifi password- the restaurant timing - the shuttle bus timing....) if they don't engage with the guests!!

Best Hotel but far from haram. Shuttle drops off far away from the Masjid

Clean Rooms, Very Nice Staff, Checked in favored us to get in few hours early. Best to stay away from the Rush Hotels near Kaba. Best for the price, cant beat that!

Far from haram. Shuttle service drops off at a bus stop and then you walk another 10-15 minutes. Therefore, if you are unable to walk that much then know that the shuttle is not going to save that walk!!! the hotel is really cheap and really good but despite Shuttle it required my mom a long walk of 15 minutes almost.

If Taxis are available its Superb Hotel

Hotel peace n reception n Ubaid ullah service n Mr Ahmed well spoken English was a plus point

Taxis must be arranged on call as in Thailand by hotel n on way back from Haram 1hr waiting n paying 50 to 100 riyal was not pleasant except seeking reward from Allah swt for Sabr

Nobody is perfect, A Nice place to stay.....

Location & Shuttle service was superb,drop of point @ Haram was a bit far... House keeping staff was good.. Iron & iron facility was excellent..

Guy at front wasn't understanding English ,had a communication difficulties at check in... safety box was broken.. made several complaints, remained broken till check out .. shuttle drop off point at Haram was a bit far....

I loved it

The staff the property and the food was excellent and the hotel was very clean I would recommend this hotel to anyone who can walk a little.

The location wasn't a problem because they have a shuttle service but the location where the bus goes and stop was really far from the Haram

This where I stay whenever I visit makkah, definitely worth the money and another reason is parking available always even during busy times. Very clean, modern and 5 min by taxi or shuttle bus.

Very clean and big rooms Staff are polite but dont understand much english Overall a standard of 5 star. Spacious bathrooms and on call service available

The hotel is far from haram. Its impossible to reach for each namaz. We went in Ramadan 2018 and the traffic is very bad during these days so you will stuck on the road. In any other month, it should be fine.
